Dreams

     What can be said of dreams? Not the actual dreams we have at night but the dreams that we form in our minds. Dreams that are actually wishes wrapped within an understanding that they may never gain traction in the real world. Some people mistake mental enthusiasm with being lost. If you do not have the ability to enjoy a mental picture, it may be hard to fathom the why. Why do I keep company with illusions? Because I know clearly that they are illusions but that doesn't erase the spark of life these dreams contain. Yes, I have seen starlets without make-up. And that is not a valid point to me. That has nothing to do with my dreams. When a groom wears a tuxedo and a bride wears a dress, don't you think we know that this well groomed look is made up? Yet 30 years into the future, those pictures will still have that magical spark when people see it. Okay, so I'm trying to justify my love of starlets, but it kinda makes sense, don't it? : )
